Initial Consultation

Up to 20 minutes

Massage can mean different things for different people.  Your intial consultation, with your practitioner, is free of charge and can help map out a specific plan of care based on your particular needs.  Whether you are seeking stress relief, pain management for chronic disorders, or complimentary rehabilitative services to physical therapy or chiropractic, we can design an approach to ensure continual progress on your path to wellness.  This consultation will allow you to ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable and have a solid understanding of the why's and how's of massage and bodywork in relation to your expectations.

30 Minute Session

30 minutes: $40

A great compliment to chiropractic/physical therapy targeting a specific area of pain or tension. Medium to deep pressure.

45 Minute Session

45 minutes: $55

A little extra time on those tight spots and a great compliment to chiropractic/physical therapy.  Includes stretching techniques and medium to deep pressure.

60 Minute Session

60 minutes: $70

A popular service that can target the whole body or a specific area of pain and tension.  Includes stretching techniques, acupressure  and light to deep pressure.  Often advertised as a "Swedish" massage for stress relief, relaxation and encouraging circulation and lymph flow.

Energy Work

60 minutes: $80

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field (Chakras) to restore balance and flow to your entire system through touch, guided tonal meditation, stones, aromatherapy and vibrational technique.  Once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.

Reflexology

45 minutes: $60

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, digestive issues and depression. Includes salt scrub, herbal therapeutic balm and hot towels.

Hot Stone Therapy

60 minutes: $80

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are used to apply medium pressure strokes to promote loosening of myofascial tissue, then placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and stimulate circulation of muscles tissue. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Chinese Cupping

30-45 minutes: $30-$45

Chinese Cupping technique is used to break up blood, lymph and energy stagnation in the fascia/muscle tissue. Cups are placed in specific areas and suction is applied which creates a controlled inflammatory response. This technique is great for acute or chronic pain and tension and is gentle enough to be applied to patients unable to recieve deep compression, manipulation of skeletal areas or joints.
